Dear Kotaku,

even though you have been here for only 3 days, you have had at least one item deleted and probably have received PMs about it, telling you that you cannot submit work you didn't create.

My next try this time a gang from Full metal alchemist by Kotaku has a signature saying "BY KEVLAR", submitted into another gallery category and it's a wallpaper: the resolution speaks for itself. Your Ys doujinshi is under suspicion that it's a wallpaper you have chosen to submit as a doujinshi.

You are receiving your first warning for ripping wallpapers and posting them as doujinshi- and for your first vector you have taken from a Japanese site. Please be advised that a second warning will result in most likely a restriction, and a third will mean banment.

If you can produce evidence that you have created these works (working psds, sketches of your doujinshi you have scanned in, techniques you have used to create the Ys doujinshi), your works may be restored and your warning possibly lifted. If you cannot produce evidence, then the warning will have to stay.

To show evidence of your Ys doujinshi or anything else, you may post in either my guestbook or the complaints thread: Complaints: deleted images, warnings, bans. with a link to the uploaded psd or file to a server such as megaupload etc. If you do not want to post it in the complaints thread or in my guestbook, you may PM me the link. If you cannot find a suitable server, you may also email me the evidence as an attachment to kuroimisa@gmail.com. ^^
